We built Galii because the fastest, freshest, most trusted grocery store was never a dark warehouse — it was always the shop at the end of your street.

The Origin

Why we built Galii

Utkarsh watched local kirana shops slowly lose customers to big delivery apps. The orders went to dark warehouses miles away. The neighbourhood store stood empty.

"The kirana uncle knows your name. He knows your family. He gives you credit when you're short."

So Utkarsh built Galii — alone, from scratch. Not to replace kiranas — but to give them a digital counter. Every order on Galii keeps a local shop alive.

Launched in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh. Starting small, thinking big.
