Apni Galii, Apni Dukaan
We built Galii because the fastest, freshest, most trusted grocery store was never a dark warehouse — it was always the shop at the end of your street.
Utkarsh watched local kirana shops slowly lose customers to big delivery apps. The orders went to dark warehouses miles away. The neighbourhood store stood empty.
"The kirana uncle knows your name. He knows your family. He gives you credit when you're short."
So Utkarsh built Galii — alone, from scratch. Not to replace kiranas — but to give them a digital counter. Every order on Galii keeps a local shop alive.
Launched in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh. Starting small, thinking big.
Real screens from the actual app — built for customers, vendors, and riders.
Every decision asks: does this help the kirana shop? We will never build a dark store or warehouse that competes with local vendors.
Vendors see every rupee. Riders track every delivery. Customers confirm every price before ordering. No hidden fees, ever.
Built for the shopkeeper with a feature phone, the rider who prefers Hindi, the customer who pays cash. Technology should include.
Customer, kirana owner, or rider — there's a place for you in Galii's story.
