Galii Technologies Private Limited ("Galii", "we", "our", "us") operates the Galii mobile application and website. We are a company incorporated in India, with our registered office in New Delhi.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Phone number — for OTP-based authentication (via Firebase)
• Location data — to show nearby shops and enable delivery tracking (GPS)
• Order data — items ordered, prices, delivery address, and order history
• Device information — device model, OS version, app version for support purposes
• Payment data — processed by our third-party payment partners; we do not store card/UPI details

We do not collect your name, email, or any social media data unless you voluntarily provide it in a support request.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders
• To show you relevant shops and estimated delivery times
• To send order status updates (SMS/push notifications)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To resolve disputes and prevent fraud

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Kirana vendors — your delivery address and order details, so they can pack your order
• Delivery riders — your delivery address and phone number, so they can complete delivery
• Payment processors — to process transactions securely (Razorpay / Cashfree)
• Firebase (Google) — for OTP authentication and push notifications
• Google Maps — for real-time tracking and location services

All partners are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order history for 3 years as required by Indian financial regulations. Location data from completed orders is anonymised within 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello.galii@gmail.com.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law (IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase Authentication, and regular security audits. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners. We do not store passwords — all authentication is via one-time OTP.

8. Children's Privacy

Gully is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has used our service, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or SMS. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
