How does Galii work? +
Gully connects you to kirana shops within 4km of your location. You can browse shops, send a Kirana List (just type what you need in plain language), confirm the vendor's prices, and pay online. A rider then picks up your order and delivers it to you — usually in under 20 minutes.
What is the Kirana List feature? +
Instead of scrolling through menus, you can just type your list like you'd send a WhatsApp message — "2 kg atta, 1L milk, Vim bar". The vendor reads your list, prices each item, and sends it back to you for confirmation before the order starts. No surprises.
How far do you deliver? +
We currently deliver within a 4km radius of partner kirana shops. This keeps delivery times short and ensures your order comes from a truly local shop — not a faraway warehouse.
Is the 20-minute delivery guaranteed? +
We promise to do our best! Our 20-minute target is met for most orders in active zones. Delivery time can vary during peak hours, bad weather, or if the vendor needs time to pack your order. You'll always see a live ETA in the app.
How do I log in? Do I need to create an account? +
No passwords, no registration form. Just enter your phone number and we'll send a 6-digit OTP (powered by Firebase). That's it — you're in within seconds.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
You can cancel your order before the vendor starts packing it. Once the vendor marks it as "ready", cancellations may not be possible. For changes, contact us immediately via the Help section in the app and we'll try our best.
What if an item is out of stock? +
The vendor will notify you through the app if any item from your Kirana List is unavailable. You can choose to proceed with the remaining items or cancel the order — no charges apply for cancelled orders.
How do I list my shop on Galii? +
Visit our Vendor page and tap "Register Your Shop". Our local team will reach out within 24 hours to verify your shop and help you set up your profile, inventory, and pricing — completely free of charge.
Is there a commission or joining fee? +
Zero commission for your first 6 months. After that, a small platform fee applies on each order. There is no joining fee or monthly subscription. We only earn when you earn.
Do I need a smartphone or technical knowledge? +
You need a basic Android smartphone — that's all. Our app is designed to be simple and works in Hindi too. Our local team provides free training to get you started, and we're always available on WhatsApp for support.
How do I manage my inventory? +
The Galii Vendor app has a simple inventory dashboard. You can add items, set prices, mark items as available/unavailable, and update stock — all from your phone. You can also mark orders as "packed and ready" for the rider to pick up.
When and how do I get paid? +
Payments are settled directly to your bank account every week (T+7). You can view your daily earnings, order history, and settlement status inside the Vendor app at any time.
What if a customer complains about an order? +
Our support team mediates any disputes fairly. If an issue was caused by incorrect packing or quality, it's reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We protect both customers and vendors — false complaints are flagged and penalised.
How do I become a Galii rider? +
Visit our Riders page and fill in the sign-up form. You'll need a valid driving licence, a bike (two-wheeler), and an Android phone. Our team will verify your documents and onboard you within 48 hours.
How much can I earn? +
Earnings depend on the number of deliveries you complete and your active hours. Most full-time riders earn between ₹15,000–₹25,000/month. You also get surge bonuses during peak hours and performance incentives weekly.
Can I choose my own working hours? +
Yes — Galii is fully flexible. Log in whenever you want to work, log out when you're done. There are no minimum hour requirements, though higher availability means more earnings and better weekly bonuses.
How do I receive payment? +
Rider earnings are paid daily to your linked bank account or UPI ID. You can track every delivery, tip, and bonus in real-time inside the Rider app.
What vehicle do I need? +
Any two-wheeler works — petrol bike, scooter, or electric scooter. A valid driving licence and vehicle registration document are required. We encourage electric vehicles and offer a small EV incentive per delivery for green riders.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. Cash on delivery is available in select areas.
Is my payment information safe? +
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
What is the delivery charge? +
Delivery charges start at ₹20 and vary based on distance and order value. Orders above ₹299 get free delivery from most partner shops. You'll always see the exact delivery fee before confirming your order.
How do I get a refund? +
Refunds for cancelled orders or incorrect items are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. For UPI payments, refunds are typically instant. Raise a refund request through the Help section in the app.
Are there any hidden charges? +
None. The price you see at checkout — item total + delivery fee — is exactly what you pay. No platform fees, no handling charges, no surprises.
